The New Orange V-Belt with a choice of LA, LB and LC profiles has been specially developed for the needs of the agricultural sector and for those of municipal technology. Because of their low structural height, these belts are very well suited to dealing with impact loads, to operating in reverse and to running under high ambient temperatures. And in every such situation ultra high performance guaranteed. At the same time the New Orange V-Belt fires up flexibility levels while also allowing the use of small diameter pulleys in comparison to those found in the classic V-belts with A, B and C profiles.

The use of a special chloroprene mix and the implementation of polyester tensile cords and a specific coating have all led to this drive belt really taking off in the market and becoming very well established there.

This belt has been specially developed for the agricultural machinery industry and for the garden machine industry and it offers a treasure trove of advantages for use in these sectors:

Alongside our wide standard range of this product, we also craft in our ateliers high-precision drawing parts and customised special pulley washers. With all our products we offer a comprehensive service ranging from the manufacturing of mechanical processing parts and gearing components right up to the mounting of finished systems and assembly units.

Pre-Tensioning The Belt Correctly

Firstly the belt always has to be tightened in line with the calculated pre-tensioning force and checked after a running-in period of about 5 minutes. The belt is then to be retightened according to the relevant value, should it have shifted or altered its position in any way. Finally after a further 8 hours of operating, the belt is to be once again inspected and, if necessary, tightened to comply with the required value that has already been calculated.
